At Rolli, we’re more than just a sushi restaurant; we’re a locally-owned culinary adventure right in the heart of Indianapolis. Founded on the principles of creativity and ingenuity, we strive to make sushi that’s not only delicious but also an experience that stays with you.

Our story began in 2018 with the launch of our original concept, Poke Guru. Frustrated with the lack of fast, healthy food options, we set out to offer a unique blend of ingredients and flavors that did more than just fill you up—they ignited your senses. The overwhelming support from our community over five years led to the birth of Rolli, where our journey continues in exploring innovative approaches to sushi.
